Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. The space This little house in Melbourne is very quirky with its topsy turvey layout and multiple character features An upstairs kitchen, downstairs bedrooms and top floor sitting room. Original beams in multiple rooms including the bathroom and a piece of the original ironwork workings can all be enjoyed. Don’t be put off by the view of the building from the street, this is a former industrial building that is a hidden gem and we hope you like it. Accommodation and amenity space is over three floors meaning access may make this property unsuitable for some including small children. Rates are for the house as two doubles and a single with one bathroom (Shower over bath) If guests would like to book the additional master bedroom with ensuite please message for rates and we’d be delighted to help. The Mill is spread over three storeys and is not in any way suitable for small children or those that find stairs tricky. There are no stairgates and the stairs are numerous. Children 5+ are welcome, but please check if you have any queries as toddlers, babies and small children would not have the ideal stay here as there are no child friendly safety features due to the nature of the space of a very old property. Guest access Access is whole house, three bedrooms and one bathroom or can also be booked as four bedrooms with additional master bedroom with ensuite for an additional surcharge.
