Private Bedroom w/bathroom in adjacent hall available in clean new home located in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac of beautiful Citrus Hills. Master bedroom is currently occupied by a retired couple and their friendly poodle puppy (see photos). They are taking care of the house. Please dispose of all napkins, paper towels, other garbage at waste basket. Do not flush anything into a toilet. • We are on the well water. Refrigerator has a water filter. • You are welcome to use kitchen. We have pans, plates, etc available . There are very basic spices in the kitchen. Perishable supplies are not available. • Dryer and washer machines available for your use. Some liquid laundry detergent is provided. • No smoking allowed in the house • No animals of any kinds allowed in the house —— please adhere to the house rules to avoid $500 penalty and immediate cancellation of your stay without refund —— THINGS TO KNOW: • Gopher turtle 🐢 burrow is located in the far right of the property. Please do not bother her. Gopher turtles are protected by Florida Law. • Try to avoid wild life to prevent injuries or bites. In Florida we have mosquitos, fire ants, snakes, alligators, etc • Any Guests booking to stay at the properties AGREE to waive any rights to file claims, lawsuits or complaints against property owner or host requesting monetary or any other forms of compensation for personal body injury or personal items damage • All Guests coming to stay at the property assume full responsible for any expenses from accidents, injuries or personal property damages • The closest grocery shopping is at Publix Super Market locate at @ 2685 N Forest Ridge Blvd, Hernando FL 34442. Paved Withlacoochee State Trail is perfect for running, cycling, walking, and skating 🚴🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ • Manatee season November-April. Can be viewed at Homossossa Springs Wildlife State Park. • Kayaking at Hunter Springs Park, paddle boating at Kings Bay • Enjoy swimming, sun bathing and fishing at Fort Island Gulf Beach 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️☀️ • Hike to Dames Cave • Explore Peace Cave Local hospital: 15 minutes to HCA Florida Citrus Hospital on the Main Street in Inverness And 15 minutes to TGH hospital in Crystal River (Tampa general affiliated hospital ) Please note the SIGNED AGREEMENT is a must if you are staying over 30 days. When you book you agree for short term stay only. This property is not offered for rent or leases . Establishment of residences is not allowed under house rules. Agreement is a MUST prior to booking or within 1 weeks from first date of your STR stay. If not signed your booking will be terminated if dates are the not rebooked , you willll not be able to receive a refund
