Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern condo, with ski hill views and a private balcony. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the base of the ski hill and a short walk into town. Silver Rock Condos boast exceptional amenities including underground heated parking, an indoor pool, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! **** Summer 2025 the pool and hot tub will be under renovations and upgrades. Shut downs may apply. Sorry for the inconvenience. The space BED & BATH With two large bedrooms offering plush queen beds one of which includes a pull out single trundle–– there’s plenty of room for everyone. Find both bedrooms with a calming, neutral palette to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is suited with a four-piece bath and comes fully stocked with all the necessities, even local soaps! LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN Snuggle up in the living room on the comfortable couch large enough for the whole family to enjoy. For those wanting a movie night in, there is a smart tv available. The spacious kitchen comes stocked with all the basic necessities, including a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Across from the kitchen is the use of a full-sized dining room, perfect for family-style meals. IN-UNIT LAUNDRY Stackable washer/dryer combo with larger coin-operated units in the building AMENITIES Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool,steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade. Guest access The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. Find a convenient lockbox to access the unit and check in at the agreed upon time. Other things to note LOCATION 5-minute drive to Fernie Alpine Resort for famed skiing and biking hills 30-minute walk to Mount Fernie Provincial Park for incredible hiking, biking and cross-country skiing adventures 3-minute drive to Downtown Fernie to enjoy restaurants, bars and nightlife TRANSPORTATION There are no public transportation systems available in Fernie, so a car is needed to access the surrounding area. The town is very bike friendly, so once checked-in, you could easily access the highlights of Fernie on two wheels.
