A lush tropical garden with fruit trees and a wood burning pizza oven is behind the home, a perfect place to relax. Ideally located on the peaceful North End of Sayulita, Casa Kelmar is a short flat 3 minute walk to the beach and a 7 minute walk to the Central Plaza. Several restaurants and shops are within a short walk. No hills to climb. There is a secure garage with parking area for a small car or golfcart. Outdoors there are several patios where you and your guests can relax. There is also a gas barbeque and outdoor sink/bar area. There are 2 patios on the main level of the home. The patio over the garage is a really fun place to watch the happenings of the neighborhood. The more private covered patio off the kitchen has a beautiful handmade table and chairs with seating for 10. There is also an outdoor living area complete with a comfy couch and pillows, a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon nap. The second floor patio off the bedrooms has more seating and lounge chairs as well. Connected to the the third story primary bedroom, there is another large private patio that could even be a setting for an intimate gathering. The kitchen is very modern with an Island, stove and oven, even a dishwasher. It is well equipped for you to cook your own meals or a chef can be arranged to do the cooking for you. There is indoor seating for 10 in the attached dining area. Also on the first floor is a large family room with an oversized sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV, a perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The entire first floor has sliding glass doors that can be opened and hidden to feel as the whole home is open to the outdoors. The home has four bedrooms. There are two Primary Suites with King sized beds, attached bathrooms, oversized showers and large walk in closets. One of the primary suites also has a pull out sleeper sofa. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. These 2 bedrooms share an open air garden bathroom with a bathtub and overhead rain shower. There are beautiful jungle and peek-a-boo ocean and sunset views from the upper patios. The whole home is air conditioned for your comfort.
