The space It is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with lounge, TV and dining area - an equipped kitchen overlooking the back terrace - one bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and closet - one bedroom with a double bed 160 x 190 cm and closet - a bathroom with double sink - a separate toilet - a sheltered terrace at the front - a sheltered terrace with dining area, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower at the back The floor is composed of a large mezzanine comprising: - a bedroom in the corner with double bed 140 x 190 cm and closet - a bathroom with shower and sink - a leisure area with billiards and children's toys - a double bed 140 x 190 cm The house is bordered by a driveway with a gate in which you can park your vehicle. Other things to note Linens are included (sheets + towels + bath mats + dish towels). We ask that you bring your beach towels so as not to use the towels provided outside the accommodation. Thank you.
