We welcome you to this large Flint Manor on a property, 2 km from the beach, with a wooded and landscaped garden totaling 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 9 toilets. On-site jacuzzi can be privatized. Charm, authenticity and comfort await you! The space Welcome to our 18th century Manor, close to the beach and the famous cliffs of Étretat. Tastefully and comfortably renovated since 2019 while preserving charm and authenticity, this manor is the ideal place to meet with family, friends, or during a business seminar. The Manor spirit is at the heart of this rental with large spaces, fireplaces, beams, bricks and exposed flint. The Manoir is separated into two adjoining cottages, for 14 and 12 people. You can gather with 26 people in the living room around large tables or in the adjoining lounge. For a more intimate atmosphere you will enjoy a second living room with foosball, TV and reading corner. We provide a HOT TUB with jacuzzi for up to 6 people. This space can be privatized by the hour upon reservation. Please note: To respect the neighborhood, noisy parties and evenings are prohibited in our places. We are not a reception room, so it is forbidden to bring back sound equipment (a speaker is available on site), and the number of guests is limited to 26 people even during the day. Designed as a friendly place, you will also enjoy the landscaped garden as well as the large terrace. On the property there is a children's playground, a park with animals (donkey, sheep, goats, duck). Two large parking lots are available.
