Wicklow Shepherds Hut 2 (and sauna)

A wild glamping back-to-nature experience for romantic couples, families, nature savers and star gazers. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids but not 3 or 4 adults. Nestled at the edge of a tourist nature farm, by a field with beautiful oak woodland, stream and beautiful views. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Only 3 shepherds huts onsite. Also sauna and cold plunge @€30 extra. Shared bathroom is short walk. Farm includes 2 mazes, 3 farm museums, farm animals, woodland, ponds and playgrounds. The space This shepherds hut is a one roomed cabin with one double bed (2 adults) and 2 bunk beds (150cm long) suitable for 2 small children under 12 yrs - the shepherds hut can sleep a couple but not suitable for 3 or 4 adults. The Shepherds hut has electricity, an electric heater, cold running water, kitchenette including electric kettle, 2 ring electric hob, fridge and picnic utensils. Picnic Table, BBQ and camp fire. Own fenced garden space. Glampers communal area includes 2 showers, 2 toilets, a communal kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and fridge. The glampers summer games room features pool table, fuse ball, board games, books, loads of sofas and hang out spaces, a drying area with dryer and drying racks and a washing machine. Sauna and cold plunge pool also available. Guest access Guests have access to the open farm during the day (see greenanmazedotcom website for all amenities) and access to the glampers kitchen and summer games room. Each hut has its own cooking facilities but no bathroom. Bathroom is located short distance away in communal area. Other things to note Shared bathroom and kitchen in the communal rooms. The open farm is great for kids with two fun mazes, three farming museums, farm animals, kids playgrounds, woodland and wetlands, nature walks, a treasure hunt and fairy tree trail. You can help feed farm animals dependant on time of year. Doing the wicklow way - we can arrange pick ups if booked in advance. Coffee shop open in summer and breakfast and lunch can be ordered in advance for hikers.
