Relax in the barn wood ranch cottage. We have horses roaming in the summer and cows calving in the winter. Nestle in and enjoy the view or get out and explore our Gateway to Adventure! This cottage is equipped with everything you will need to get your adventures started. Noble Ranch Welcomes You! The space Drive onto the ranch and to your homestead stay! This rustic ranch cottage includes: KITCHEN Gas stovetop/oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, double sink, drip coffee pot with a single Keurig machine, coffee bodum (coffee pods, coffee grounds, sugar, honey and jam packages to help get you started), kettle, toaster, croc pot, microwave, rice cooker. KITCHEN ESSENTIALS Pots, frying pans ,cups, dishes, utensils, knives, peeler, cutting boards, strainer, grader, mixing bowls, baking sheets, casserole dishes, tin foil, oil, salt/pepper. KITCHEN CLEANING Dish towels and cloths, dish soap, and dish washer tablets provided. RECYCLING AND TRASH We provide garbage bins and recycling space for bottles and cardboard DINING ROOM A spacious dining area that includes seating up to seven people. Makes for a cozy place to play some games or use as a work space. LIVING ROOM Comfortable space with seating for seven, large couch, hide-a-bed love seat, and chair, television, Roku, free Wi-fi provided BATHROOM Large renovated shower and a single sink vanity. Towels, face cloths, soap, shower gel and toilet paper provided. TWO BEDROOMS Bedroom one is a grand bedroom with a queen bed and a very comfortable bunk bed. Hooks and storage unit for your belongings Bedroom Two is a cozy room with queen bed. Hooks and storage unit for your belongings. Each bed is fitted with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and duvet and four pillows. Bunk beds have fitted sheets, duvet blanket and two pillows. Extra blankets in living room HEATING AND COOLING The house is fitted with a forced air furnace and a ceiling fan. GUEST ACCESS Entire house is available with the exception of the upstairs that is closed off for all use. Guest access Keyless entry pad. Other things to note Your rental stay is all on one level. (The entrance has a 2-3 inch lift. The bathroom has 2 inch step down. The main bedroom has a 1 inch step up and the 2nd bedroom has a 1 inch step down). Your stay Includes the use of the large front yard as well as the grass space around the firepit(firewood available at the Miners Mercantile in Beaver Mines-ON CALM NIGHTS ONLY) and picnic table. You may walk the roadway to the entrance and enjoy the lovely views of the valley. This is a working ranch so there may be working tractors, farm equipment, cattle, horses, working dogs, farm cats, children and other wild animals roaming. Please do not approach the horses and cattle, they can be very unpredictable.
