During the summer stay: Spend a day on the water (fishing, swimming). Bring your own boat or we can provide you on information on renting one. Visit Chain O'Lakes state parks, ride a horses, play golf, ride you bike on the bike trails, visit local restrains. Or just relax on the patio watching activities on the lake. During the winter stay: Winter Fishing, Ice skating, snowmobiling. Great cross county skiing trails at the Chain O'Lakes park. The contract will be provided upon arrival. Guests will be able to self access the property. Home should be locked at all times. - All toys used should be returned to original location. - Entire property and grounds must be kept clean throughout the stay. Trash must be taken care of at all time. No littering. Please recycle. Do not leave garbage out at night because raccoons will tear bags and make mess. - When checking out, check out all electrical appliances and grill and make sure all are off. - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No lifeguard at this home. Children are never to be left unattended on the premises. Children are never to be left in the fire pit area on their own. No Diving from the pier due to shallow waters. - There is two storage rooms in the home that is locked. This is not provided to the guest.
