Cozy two apartments (1+1 and 2+kk) on the ground floor of family house. Very good location - 5 min. walk to the city center. Suitable for up to 9 people. APT 1: kitchen (induct.hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, capsule coffee maker), bathroom, one big room with a double bed and a sofa beds for 1-3 people. APT 2: kitchenette (induct.hob, fridge, kettle, capsule coffee maker), bathroom, bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette with sofa bed for 1-2 people. The space The apartment is completely renovated, everything is new. FREE parking on the street right in front of the house under the apartment windows. Bed linen is provided. In the bathroom there are: towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and shower gel. In the kitchen: sponge, dish towel, small hand towel and dishwashing liquid. Wi-fi is a matter of course, but don't look for TV here. We give our guests space to relax. Possibility to borrow books during your stay. No smoking in the apartment!!! As we have small children, please be considerate, keep the night quiet without late visitors and parties. Parking is possible in front of the house on the street and free of charge. During weekdays, you can sometimes hear noise from the street (traffic), at night and on the weekend it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located only a 5-minute walk from the city center, a few steps away from the Tabačka shopping center and a Lidl or Tesco store. The bakery is just around the corner on the street. Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport is located 17.8 km from the accommodation (18 min.) The accommodation is ideal for those who want to relax in Nový Jičín, but also for families or individuals on a private or business trip. The location of our family home allows for a wide range of activities both in summer (trips around the area, see below: trip tips) and in winter (the Svinec ski area is nearby).
