While it sleeps 6 guests comfortably, the space can flex with two trundle beds to accommodate up to 8 (extra guest fee applies). Please note: Airbnb allows us to list a maximum of 6 guests. Any additional guests beyond this limit will incur a charge of $40 per person, per night. Guest access You’ll have full access to the home and privacy - kitchen/laundry, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, front yard & porch and backyard with outdoor eating area. The only spaces that are locked (3 closets and select drawers) are not accessible and will store our family’s items. Other things to note Free parking on driveway and street.
