Walking from the end of the entrance about 100 meters, you will see a building with a yellow gate and a statue of a stone lion erected on one side of the corner of the door. The main door in our apartment is designed as a magnetic card automatic opening and closing door, which is very convenient and secure. Our apartment has a total of 10 floors, each floor is a separate self-contained apartment. All apartments have an area of 110m2 and are completely newly built. 1st Floor – Apartment Lobby and Motorbike Garage From the main entrance is the apartment lobby (this is a common area). In this area we have: - A small set of sofa tables and chairs for guests to rest when checking in - Motorbike parking area, free parking of up to 2 motorbikes per apartment - Shared trash disposal area and shared toilet area, guests can use this toilet for changing clothes or personal hygiene while waiting for check-in. The main means of transportation in the building to those floors are elevators and stairs. (The elevator will be used with a smart magnetic card and 1 card will correspond to 1 floor, the staircase is opposite the elevator, so it is very convenient for your needs). The self-contained apartment area you will use from the 2nd – 3rd – 4th – 5th – 6th – 7th floors. - Each floor will be a miniature self-contained apartment, especially private. The door of the room will be equipped with a modern lock door that opens with a code, so it is absolutely safe. The apartments are all designed and decorated the same but will have their own colors for each apartment. In terms of utilities, most of the apartments are equally complete and modern. - Each apartment has 1 living room + large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms On the 2nd floor, there will be a view of the street and the surrounding scenery in the nearest way. - The living room has 1 large sofa set and a wooden table. Each room will be equipped with a projector or television in the living room and the master bedroom. - The large kitchen area opposite the living room is fully equipped with cooking utensils such as: Induction cooker, hood, rice cooker, microwave, kettle.
