The spacious 56 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of the owner's villa and has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large independent covered terrace with garden and Caribbean Sea views, a large living-dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 shower with hot water, secure parking and access.
