The Villa del Mar overlooks the Pacific Ocean with direct access to a secluded beach. Spacious rooms, TV for your streaming accounts, WIFI, huge palapa, gas fire pit, and a second floor deck with its own palapa with built-in features. Lush landscaping surrounds an elegant lagoon-style pool. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Secure parking in the compound. Owners located on adjacent lot, with two social dogs. Infants OK; not suitable children under 12. Search Baja Beach Getaway for more info. The space The pool is built for comfort with a graduated beach entry from four inches up to 6-1/2 foot depth. Interior rooms and outdoor covered patios are large and open. A new second floor observation deck is the perfect place to watch the whale migration (normally November to March). Upper deck has its own palapa with dining and sleeping features. The big compound is composed of two oceanfront lots, one house on each lot. Owners are in smaller casita on the adjoining lot. The casita may be available if you need additional space for a larger group. Our guests love Cassie and Oliver, our two social dogs. They have full access to the property, so if you don't like dogs, please reconsider your booking. Guest access The pool, palapa, spa, and ocean terrace fire pit are for the exclusive use of our guests. Free secure parking, well equipped kitchen, basics such as purified water, spices, coffee, tea and condiments provided. Both houses rented at the same time only if together for the same group. Other things to note This is a quiet community, so other than a special event, loud parties are not permitted. Stargazing is a major factor here, so we ask that no outdoor lights be left on after you turn in for the night.
