Rather it be a family trip, work trip, golf trip, or just a staycation, WE'VE GOT ENDLESS FUN FOR YOU! We know the importance of what a vacation needs and that is enough things to keep busy and having fun making unforgettable memories, especially for the kids. Thats why we have a HUGE game room, A mini putt putt outside, Swimming pool, 75 inch TVs throughout the house for games and movies... If you can't find our HIDDEN mini movie theater room!! (Its legit a secret door and a little scavenger hunt, the kids will love it) Thats right, your own hidden mini movie theater room that will have the kids entertained and in shock while the BIG kids go to the game room and play a round of pool or play a quick game in basketball and if that's not enough try out the ping pong table or even the arcade game! Don't forget the 75inch TV in there as well to play some groovy music or to watch the games. We have converted the master bedroom into the bunk room. The bunk room has two bunk beds and one couch that pulls out to a queen bed that can sleep 2. It has a total of 5 beds. The bathroom is connected so you will have a jetted tub and a nice stand up shower. Don't worry we still have a Master room for you with its own bathroom as well! Its in the front of the house with a king bed and it has its own TV. The bathroom does connect to the bedroom. The living room has stunning views of the mountain. Its one of the best places to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning. There is a sleeper couch that can sleep two. Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for 10 guest. Includes pots and pans, coffee maker, grill utensils, seasonings, full size refrigerator and freezer. In the dining room we have a full sized table that can sit up to 8 and 4 bar stools at the island. Hidden movie theater- Turn on the kids favorite movie with some yummy popcorn. There is a mattress and 2 children's chairs in there. Its cozy, unique, and great for the kids while the parents get a little freedom.. Its called mini for a reason ;) Just so I am clear.. It's a real hidden door. Outside you have the putt putt, grill, and the relaxing swimming pool with the string lights. The pool is not heated in the winter months will be a little cold, Unless you like to cold plunge. IF you do leave the house the best part about that is, You are close to everything! You have downtown life, Zoos, Parks, Golf, NBA,MBA,NFL, Spring training, Nascar, hiking and more!! The house is 15 minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes away from Scottsdale, 15 minutes away from Tempe and about 15 minutes away from shopping centers! Master bedroom- King bed Bunk Room- Two bunk beds (4 beds) and one queen sleeper couch Living room-Sleeper couch 5 beds and 2 sleeper couches Guest access You will have full access to the entire house but two closets for the owners closet. Other things to note Snakes are real in Arizona, With that being said be extremely careful and cautious when out and about. We do have our monthly pest control service however if the doors are left open you may find bug activity so keep in mind to keep the doors shut. If you see more than normal bug activity we will be happy to send out our pest control.
