Conveniently located to help you enjoy hiking or Mt biking at Ionia State Park, kayaking on the Grand River, biking on the Fred Meijer Rail Trail. Within walking distance from downtown businesses, You might enjoy a walking tour of beautiful, historic Ionia. The space Shared driveway parking and free street parking are both available. (Please leave room for a second car in the driveway) Private entry with coat and shoe storage. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Both beds are very well appointed with comfortable memory foam mattresses and quality bed linens and pillows. In the kitchen you will find a cozy booth style eating area great for family meals and playing games and cards. We provide all the basic necessities you need for cooking your own meals, however if you prefer to eat out, I have collected menus for your use in choosing a local restaurant. A Keurig coffee maker along with a starter amount of coffee and tea are provided. In the living room you will find a big comfortable sofa where you can crash after a long day and enjoy the smart tv/cable internet to enjoy your favorite streaming service. In the bathroom you will find plush towels. Salon shampoo and conditioner along with body wash all marked in the dispenser. Lotion, hand soap and dish soap are also available for your use. Additionally there is a sitting room with desk and chair for guests needing a workspace. The front porch has a table and chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Coming summer of 2024 we will have a private back yard with grill and fire pit available. This cozy apartment is located on the first floor but requires you to climb 4 steps to the porch of the house. This home is over 120 years old and has been updated but still has some original aspects like hard wood floors, plaster walls, a couple doors etc, so please treat with care. NO Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the house or on the porch. NO Parties. NO Pets. Guest access This private space has a living room, office area, eat in kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms. There is also a front porch with a bistro set for outdoor enjoyment.
