Nearby you will find shopping, restaurants and a variety of food trucks. Our space has been completely remodeled & updated to accommodate our guests. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Large window, Ceiling fan and Mini split that provides heat/air. Bedroom #2 has a twin bed. Ceiling fan and Mini split that provides heat/air. Desk & chair. Ceiling fans/lights/ AC & heat are available in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. The bathroom has been fully remolded with a tub/shower combo. We provide towels, wash rags, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & more. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and offers a full-size refrigerator & freezer. Also available is a gas stove & oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, Keurig, & coffee, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices & more. We do not have a dishwasher but provide sponges & dish soap for guests. Our Livingroom is nice & cozy set up with a couch/rug/lamp & smart TV. We offer free Wi-Fi & other essentials. We provide towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, shampoo/conditioner, & body wash. Laundry room with washer & dryer on site coin operated. Hosts provides starter pack of essentials. Guest will have access to the entire apartment #3 which is private. Guests also have access to the laundry room where coin operated washers & dryers, vending machine are located. Host has sleep times from 10 pm to 6 am PST. Messages between sleep hours will be responded to the following day. apartment is located in a rural farming town, but very close to the freeway HWY 99. Small town has a market for groceries, food trucks, a breakfast diner and is close to a park. personal or rented vehicle is best Apartment located in a small farm town.
