A relaxing retreat with 15 wooded acres, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, game-room with pool table & pingpong table! The front porch has a swing to enjoy the breeze and the patio boasts a table and grill. Equipped with internet and Netflix, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with large refrigerator and double oven. This house is not child proof and you enter the house by stairs. You are close to Lake Darndenelle, state parks, the Ozarks, Russellville restaurants and a grocery store with gas pumps . The space The house is spacious with a large fireplace, all bedrooms downstairs, upstairs is a game room, dining room with bar stools at kitchen island with a gas grill. A back patio has a table and grill. It is set on 15 acres; you may park in the garage. All entrances have steps; it is not a childproof home. Guest access The entire house is for our guests. Other things to note Not childproof - no covers on electrical outlets, there are steps to enter the house and there is an upstairs. All bedrooms on the main level.
