This townhome was just built in 2020, and the Airbnb basement portion was finished in 2022, giving this space a new clean and fresh aesthetic. While the rest of the townhome is lived-in by us, the owners, all of the space you are booking is completely private. The space Life in Lanc provides you with a private separate entrance to the walk-out basement, which includes a living room, sleeping area, kitchenette, 2 eating spaces, full bathroom, and outdoor patio/yard space. Please note- the grill is not for guest use. Other things to note Hill: This Airbnb is located in the downstairs living quarters of our townhome, a walk-out basement. To get to and from the private Airbnb entrance, you will need to walk down a slight incline on the side of the house. Please feel free to walk in the grass, or down the stone steps provided.
