This newly renovated three-bedroom house features two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a comfortable living room, on-site parking, and a private backyard for your enjoyment. Upon arrival, you'll find a comfortable and inviting space equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The house features three bedrooms—two with Irish king beds and one with a double bed—as well as a futon, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. This non-smoking property also boasts two bathrooms, spacious living areas, an office, and a designated space for streaming your favorite entertainment. Outside, you'll find parking for two cars in the front and a secure gated backyard/garden—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Please note that the property's exterior is equipped with a camera surveillance system. Thank you Terry & Rocky Other things to note Dear friends, Ennis boasts a vibrant calendar of events just a short walk away! For highlights, look up "Ennis Forum" on social media. West Clare is renowned for its incredible live music and support of traditional Irish music – most pubs offer live music in the evenings. Pop in for a pint and enjoy! Golf enthusiasts can choose from many great courses, including Dromoland Castle, Doonbeg, and Ennis Golf Course. History buffs will enjoy exploring castles like Dromoland, Bunratty, and Knappogue, to name a few. Clare is part of the Wild Atlantic Way! Be sure to visit the Cliffs of Moher, Kilkee, the Bridges of Ross, Loop Head Lighthouse, Lahinch, and Spanish Point – and don't forget your camera! **Local Activities** For music, the Old Ground Hotel - The Poet's Corner has live music every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Cruises offers music on Tuesday, Saturday evening, and Sunday, with a traditional session on Saturday evening and a live band until late on Saturday night. The Diamond features traditional music on weekends, and there's a lovely session on Sunday evening at 6:00 at the Temple Gate. Moroney Pub also has music on weekends. Check out "Piping Heaven/Piping Hell" on social media for their session early Friday afternoon at Considines on Parnell. Ennis also hosts various events throughout the year, such as the Ennis Book Festival in early March, "Consairtin" weekend during the last weekend of the Easter Holidays, and the "Clare Food & Drink Fleadh" in early May. "Fleadh Nua" starts at the end of May, usually the week before the June bank holiday. Fleadh Cheoil an Chlair always takes place in June, and Ennis Trad Fest occurs in early November.
