Hotel Room with Pool, Wi-Fi and Centric #2

Our room is private, and it has two full size beds, a private bathroom with hot water, a LED TV w/ cable, free Wi-Fi, a desk to work at, and A/C. It also has a pool, living room, and free parking. We are located near the City Mall, "Zona Viva", the Grand Bus Station, Copantl Hotel & Convention Center, Hospital CEMESA, Bendaña Clinic, banks, the city's downtown, among others. The space The room has two full size beds, a LED T.V., a private bathroom with hot water, a desk where you can work at, a closet to store clothes, wi-fi, and air conditioner. Besides, you may use the kitchen (when it is not in use by the hotel staff in the mornings), the swimming pool, and Its social area, the hotel's living room, and the garage. You have access to one space in the garage with previous request or based on availability. The rate does not include breakfast but you may ask for breakfast with juice and coffee for a net price of $5 additional for each one. The rate does not include taxes either. Guest access The swimming pool and its social area, the breakfast area, the hotel's living room, and the garage. During your stay I live inside the property where the hotel is but in an apartment, so I can be at your disposal at any time. If I’m not at my apartment it’s because I’m working during the day in my veterinary clinic which is beside or doing errands in the night. However, there’s always a receptionist who looks after our guests and my son Ivan, who helps me manage the loft and lives abroad but is always available to assist through the app's chat. Other things to note - The rate does not include breakfast - The rate does not include taxes either. - At the moment you do the check in you will be asked in reception to fill out a registration form and that all guests that will be staying present an official identification or passport so that copies may be taken of them and attached to the form.
