There is a king-size bed, clothes hangers, a chair and table. Morning tea/coffee is available for you in the kitchen and room. Cycles may be stored in the private garden.en The space You are located a 16 minutes walking distance from The Level and quirky North Laine shopping area. The beach is a 25 minutes walk away. Public buses serve this area well and local shops, pubs, restaurants, a petrol station and one of the oldest cinemas in the UK, are all within a 7 minute walk. Situated by London Road station you have quick access to Brighton central station and the Sussex University campus is a 6 minute train ride away. During Brighton's Festival seasons you are in a great position to access events in Preston Park and the Open Houses. Access: Trains: London Road train station is 2 minutes from the flat and from here you can access the South Coast trains east towards the Universities, Amex stadium, county town of Lewes and Eastbourne. Travel west one stop to Brighton station to connect with London or the South coast. Walking: Brighton Train station is an 18 minute walk. Bus Routes: The nearest bus stops are 4 minutes away and efficiently access town and locality. National Express Coaches: There is a London/Brighton pick up and dropping-off point a 7 minute walk away. Request "Preston Circus". Car Off-street paid parking is available on a number of surrounding streets. Guest access You have access to the shared bathroom garden space. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen and a kettle in the room if you prefer. During your stay I have lived in Brighton for many years and can be available for a chat or to help with most matters. When I am at work, I cannot aways access my phone but I will get back to you quickly. Other things to note The flat is in walking distance to all main shopping areas and the seafront. Bus and train routes are conveniently situated. The apartment, garden areas and surrounding grounds are no-smoking (There are several pub gardens close by).
