Private pool, 3 level condo with full ocean views!

This beautiful condo offers stunning ocean views from every window as well as an amazing natural breeze. It has 3 levels of living spaces (one of them being a PRIVATE rooftop terrace with its own PRIVATE pool and BBQ spot. It's fully furnished and has all the appliances you could need in your everyday life. We are located up on a hill, which makes it an easy walk downtown but a short Uber back up (you can usually get them for $3 USD) The space We are located in a local neighborhood so we do have chickens, some dogs here and there. We have a pretty quiet neighborhood most of the time, but Mexico isn't known for being quiet!! The pool will be maintained by the cleaning crew that comes 3 times a week. They have access that is unsupervised. They have been cleaning the pool for 7 years and have been vetted. There's AC in the living room and 2 bedrooms. With the windows open and the fans there is a very aggressive breeze that comes through as well, if you aren't a fan of using the AC. The property also has ceilings as high as 36 foot. We only allow 4 guests. There is a $50 usd per night fee for another guest. We don’t have a sleeper couch and don’t want guests sleeping on the couch Other things to note Pool maintenance comes in 3 times a week, Monday, Thursday and Saturday.. They have access to clean the pool unsupervised. There's AC in the living room and two bedrooms.
