Bienvenidos a mi casita! Cozy 1 BR guesthouse is in Yuma’s historic district, minutes from downtown & one block from the West Wetlands Park. West Wetlands Park is part of the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area. It offers a variety of outdoor activities, such as walking & biking trails, a stocked fishing pond, and boat ramp access to the Colorado River. The Casita has close access to I-8 & just a short drive to local museums and some of Yuma’s top-rated restaurants and bars. The space When you stay at the casita, you will be welcomed to a cozy living room. This is a single-level place. ⭐️ Dog friendly with a fenced dog run. KEY FEATURES OF THE CASITA: ⭐️The guest house has its own private keyless door entry. ⭐️ 1 bedroom with a Queen-size bed. ⭐️ Full Bathroom with walk-in shower~ no tub. ⭐️ is located in the rear of the Main house. With a courtyard between the two places. ⭐️ Guests will have your area to relax outside. ⭐️ Full-size Stainless Steel appliances. Everything for cooking your meals. ⭐️ Dining and seating for up to 4 guests. ⭐️ Washer and dryer are shared with tenants in the main house. ⭐️ Laundry room & Home gym are in the same building as the casita, but with their own separate entrance, both free for our guests to use! ⭐️ Parking in driveway for 1 vehicle. Additional parking on the street. Once you get familiar with the property, you can also park via the alleyway. ➡️ If you park at the back, your car will be closer to the entrance of the casita. ⭐️ Housekeeping services available for mid-stay, long stay, etc., prices vary depending on the type of cleaning.
