10 mins by walk from 삼각지 Subway to my place. Very nice location to go most of tourist places in Seoul. There is a big grocery market around our place and other small grocery shops as well. It is a residential area so it is very quiet at night. So it is important to keep quiet after 10pm. *Utilities (gas, water, electricity)will be Excluded and separated. There is a controllers in the house.
