A secluded 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home nestled on a quiet residential street in Coudersport, PA. Open and covered wrap-around deck, overlooking a yard of wildflowers hidden by mature trees providing privacy and shade. The home has a fully furnished kitchen. It includes washer/dryer, WiFi, 3 tv’s, fire pit, gas BBQ, jacuzzi tub, and more. Ample parking for 4+ cars/storage for ATV’s/toys. Conveniently located to restaurants and Cherry Springs. Even stargaze from the fire pit and deck. In the pictures you will see a garage which is available for guests to store equipment, however, the apartment above the garage is currently not available, but should be in the future. The house is definitely not accessible for someone who cannot do stairs as it is built on the side of a hill. There is a large caged in area of the yard for dogs accessible from the deck. We ask that you try to keep the area poopie scooped as much as possible to be courteous to future guests. The center of town is about 3 blocks away with a grocery store located very conveniently. There are many things to do in the area including stargazing at Cherry Springs and other locations. Hiking, antiquing, shopping in locally owned Artisan stores, a movie theater that brings in current feature films, the ice mine, lumber museum, historical society, Rock City (a fascinating glacial deposit), Corning Glass museum, Lucy and Desi museum, Chataqua Lake and Cultural Center, hunting, fishing, and much more. The quaint community is very nearby, however, the lodge is complete secluded. Walking is easy, and if you choose to drive parking is no problem. There is a small movie theater that features current first run movies, many churches, a library, shopping, however, not the big box stores except Tractor Supply and Ace Hardware. The area is very safe. There is wildlife in the area and you must be attuned to bears. Garbage or any food must not be left outside, but may be stored in the garage. 2 day minimum stay required
