"Dane" Air-conditioned cottage with heated pool

Within a property consisting of old buildings typical of the Charentes, you will find the "Dane" cottage overlooking the indoor heated swimming pool. It has an entrance and a large private terrace, garden furniture and barbecue that will allow you to have a good time. Located between Bordeaux and Angoulême, in a hamlet in the South Charente, the "Dane" gîte will welcome you for a pleasant holiday. The space Ground floor gîte with equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms including 1 closed by a blackout curtain (possibility to put 2 beds of 90), bathroom with Italian shower. Next to the terrace, you will find relaxation by the pool (6 m/4 m) to share with the owners (2 people) and two guest rooms: couples who can arrive from 4:30 p.m., sunbathing, pool house, outdoor shower. Swimming pool open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (regulations are posted and must be respected for hygiene). The boules court (boules provided) is available for a nice evening.(Molkky, ping-pong table, volleyball in the pool...) The "Dane" cottage offers a peaceful and relaxing stay as a couple, with friends, or family. Guest access Access to the swimming pool and the bowling alley, which can be shared with the two guest rooms, from 4 p.m. only. For the well-being of all: it is strictly forbidden to use sun oils before swimming. Only waterproof sunscreen is allowed. Other things to note Indoor swimming pool heated to 27°C from May to September (available from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.), sunbathing, boules court, games, bike rental possible. Baby equipment included in the booking (on request in advance). The entrance to the vacation rental is independent of the main house of the property where the owners who welcome you live. Pool towels are not included in the linen (upon request). A laundromat is available on the property. The accommodation is non-smoking inside and by the pool. The owner cleans the pool every day.
