Luxury living includes a soaking tub and a huge walk in curbless shower, with on demand hot water. Windows to all directions give panoramic views of 100 miles. Incomparable. Watch from your couch the sunrise and set. Excellent reception, but bring-your-own internet. Escape tv, watch animal life, watch the sky, peace and extreme quiet. The space Guests need to be aware that this is an off grid location. Electricity is generated in daylight hours on roof top solar panels, and is stored in batteries in the garage. Limit use of electrical appliances, including mini-splits, floor heaters, during nighttime hours to not deplete the electricity supply. No electric cars charging on site. Yucca Valley offers multiple charging sites. Off Grid is independent living! No fires on property, it gets windy here. A propane Bar B Q is available for your use. Drive on established roads only, including recreational vehicles. Park behind the house, on compacted dirt areas. Property is accessible by about a mile of dirt road. Roads through property, parking and house surrounds are compacted dirt. Directions to property will be given after booking. Advised to not follow navigation maps, for inaccessibility of some roads to property Please do not remove or damage the vegetation, or rocks and minerals from the property or disrupt the natural land. This property is almost wholly untouched and is in a natural state. Please explore to discover the natural desert terrain, but please do not disrupt by digging, or disturbing with sports equipment. This is a natural habitat for wildlife. It is unfenced, and stretches for hundreds of acres all around. Please be aware that many animal species make their home here. It is probable that you will see coyotes, rabbits, bugs, birds species, reptiles, including species of snakes. If you encounter a rattlesnake, use caution, and leave it alone. We have a community partner that can be contacted to remove the snake, if it is poisonous. Use caution while walking. Wind can be strong here. Please keep doors closed completely during wind events. Patio furniture needs to be housed during a wind event. Full kitchen appliances and amenities There are two large bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, however one of the king beds can be converted to two twins, if that better suits your needs. The two couches in the main room contain full sized beds. There is an additional office space with a futon bed that can be used as a small, private bedroom for one.
