Book now and live the experience! The space The property is located a few steps from the ocean. Close to the Paseo Shopping de Playas (6 minutes). The ocean view is beautiful from the apartment's balcony. From there you can see the sunset over the sea every day. The bedroom also has a large window overlooking the beach. The apartment has one bedroom with a 2.5-seat bed (ideal for 2 adults and 1 child). The living room has a sofa bed that extends to a square and a half bed (ideal for 2 children or 1 adult). The price includes access for 4 people, however you can add up to 2 more people upon prior request, with the additional cost of $20 per night per adult and $15 per night per child under 12 years old. For additional people there is an inflatable mattress for 2, with motor, sheets and pillows. In case of a power outage, we have equipped the Suite with a UPS that supplies the Wi-Fi Router so that guests have Internet during outages. Additionally, we have put a rechargeable lamp next to the breakfast table to provide light when there are night blackouts. Guest access Our guests can access all the facilities of the Urbanization's Social Club. They can use, at no additional cost, the adult pools, children's pools, Jacuzzi, children's playground, gym, bathrooms, showers, etc. Other things to note In front of the gatehouse there is a quiet beach ideal to bring your parasol, cooler and enjoy as a family. If you want a beach with tent rentals, we recommend going to km 9.5 and entering the "Cuna del Sol" beach where there are cabins with typical food, hammocks, music, beach volleyball, tents, chairs, parasols and a wide beach. If you want a higher quality restaurant, there is one 200 meters from La Garita called Muelle 7.5. If you want to order food, groceries, medicine, etc. by Delivery, we will gladly pass on the contacts when you make your reservation.
