Private room in the central townhouse (Filou)

In our charming townhouse from 1928 with planed floorboards + garden and parking spaces, our guests can expect three separately bookable rooms on the 1st floor + a spacious bathroom that is shared by the guests. There is a refrigerator + microwave in the hallway. (Shared use of kitchen optional in 08/2024) Within walking distance there are 3 bakeries with a café, Rewe, Alnatura, pizza, burgers and the bar district "der Stint" in 15 minutes. The university can be reached by bus in 20 minutes.
