It has expansive ocean views and double doors leading to the semi covered porch. The ocean and jungle sights and sounds are truly majestic. Enjoy the wide variety of animals, plants and flowering shrubs. The kitchen is small but adequate, stocked for any cooking needs, with full oven and fridge. Smart TV included - you will need to log in to your own streaming account. 2 rocking chairs on the semi-covered porch which extends out to an uncovered area with picnic table for soaking up the sun and enjoying the amazing view. Enjoy monkeys, toucans, aracari birds, parakeets, hawks, even whales depending on the season, right from the porch. The studio is located on its own private plot of land next to another large vacation rental home we also manage. There are several beaches and attractions within easy driving distance. 4WD/AWD is REQUIRED as the home is located on an unpaved road that is pretty steep. Guest access The entire studio is yours, accessed via private gate. Large Villa next door also rents. This may be rented by others or can be added to studio rental. SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras on property. One near the front door of big house and the other near the stairs of the apartment. They will be on. Other things to note **We require a signed rental agreement as part of the booking process.** 4WD or AWD is required. The road up to house from main road is steep gravel, labeled 4wd only just before the drive to house. To be comfortable anywhere we go in Costa Rica we always rent AWD or 4WD. POWER OUTAGES: It is not uncommon in this area to lose power. Usually it is for a very few minutes, but, very rarely, it can be longer. Candles and battery powered lights are available if needed. The internet should automatically reboot once power is restored. SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras on property.
