The space The property has 450 sqm built, and counts 4,5 bedrooms : 2 masters (one on groundfloor and one on topfloor), 1 queensize room and 1 twinbeds room (that can become a kingsize when joining the 2 beds). There is a last single bedroom in the basement (ideal for nanny, maid or teenager). Property is not suitable for young children under 6 years old; however, we can accommodate stays with a newborn. Check-in and check-out times will be strictly enforced when back-to-back reservations. Monthly rent (max.2 months) upon request. Energy efficiency certificate: A. Other things to note Pool cover will heat the water by 4 to 7°, depending on season. The solar slats absorb the sun energy and release it to heat up the water of the swimming pool. Usage of outdoor jacuzzi is not included.
