Outside, enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and expansive grounds. The space The estate is serene, spacious, and full of character—set among open skies, trees, and landscaped gardens with no close neighbors. It offers a rare sense of privacy and calm while still feeling warm and welcoming. Whether you’re here to unwind, reconnect, or celebrate something meaningful, the setting naturally invites relaxation and connection. Gratitude & Grace is a place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy time with the people who matter most. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including six bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a large kitchen, porches, gardens, fire pit, swimming pool, and hot tub. The home sits on a quiet, open piece of land with no close neighbors—offering plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy nature. Guests may have access to our detached summer bungalow—affectionately called the Love Shack—a peaceful hideaway with electricity, a fridge, and plenty of character. Availability may vary by season. The barn and event areas are not included with standard Airbnb stays and are reserved for weddings and private events booked separately. The barn may be available for select gatherings with prior approval—please inquire if you’re interested in hosting something special. Other things to note The owner resides in a separate building on the property and may be present at times throughout the year. He is available if needed while fully respecting guests’ privacy, allowing you to enjoy the estate uninterrupted. As part of Gratitude & Grace, the property is occasionally shown for private events. Tours are limited to outdoor areas and the barn only—never inside the home during your stay—and are coordinated in advance to ensure your comfort and privacy.
