38 m2 studio in a pretty Auvergne village

38 m2 studio with 2 beds, 140 cm and 1 bed, 90 cm. The space is dark and cool, ideal for summer. It opens through a large glass door and a small window onto my sunny inner courtyard in summer. There is no heating. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. No kitchen, but a microwave to heat up your dish. No breakfast provided but coffee maker and toaster on site. Dishes, tea, coffee and herbal teas available + absorption mini-fridge (0 decibel). The space Saint Martin des Plains is a charming, well-maintained village with walks starting 25 m from the house. You will be 12 km from the pretty town of Issoire and its Romanesque Abbey. The Auvergne Mountains are all around you. Clermont Ferrand is 47 km away. Guest access The studio is reserved for you. The courtyard is shared with the owners. Use of the washing machine is in my laundry room, on request, for €8 per machine. Other things to note The Inn, 20 m from the house, offers its lunch menus but also takeaway dishes. A fresh bread dispenser is filled every morning nearby. Before each arrival, cleaning is done with bleach-free disinfectant products.
