This beautiful, newly remodeled home offers enough space for everyone. Plenty of space and amenities for groups large and small. The wide-open game and entertainment den will be sure to add to your vacation and ensure lasting memories are made. Relax in the back yard while you soak in the hot tub or BBQ on the Grill. The space There is a master bedroom with private bathroom, walk in shower There are 3 full bathrooms and one half bath in the house Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom 2: Two Double Beds Bedroom 3 and 4: One Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Twin Custom Bunks The Den: 2 Queen Custom Bunks There are 2 sectional couches in the house. There is central air for the main house and mini split for the den area The kitchen is fully stocked with everyday use items as well as a crockpot and pots and pans. There is a laundry room for guests use: laundry detergent, dryer sheets are provided. There is a hot tub and gas grill on the back porch. Other things to note Our hot tub is a 5-person hot tub. Please follow all hot tub rules while staying. Please do not bring the indoor blankets outside. NO PETS allowed on premises. We are very strict about this rule for many reasons. We do NOT allow parties or events of any kind. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we need to be respectful to our neighbors. Thank you and we are looking forward to hosting you.
