The space If you're an adventure seeker, you'll enjoy your stay with us. Within close proximity, you'll have access to miles of multi-use trails, used for ATV, Hiking and Mountain Biking. If you don't have your own, you can rent ATV's and have them delivered right to our property, or you can also rent Kayak's, Canoe's, Mountain and E-Bikes just 10 minutes away. There's also Zip-Lining, Rock Climbing, a Water Park, a Golf Course and Elk Tours within 10 minutes of our property. Our property has multiple outdoor entertainment areas, including a creek with a bridge, 2 separate picnic areas with firepits and a covered outdoor terrace. Guest access You'll have full access to all outdoor amenities, including four firepit areas, six BBQ grills—three gas and three charcoal—horseshoe pits, cornhole, and a basketball hoop. Feel free to explore the creek and bridge located at the back of the property. Other things to note We're nestled in the mountains of Southwest Virginia, just five minutes from Breaks Interstate Park, home to diverse wildlife like elk, deer, and black bears. For everyone's safety, please refrain from approaching or feeding the animals, as frequent human interaction can result in the need to remove them from the area.
