Arriving to a peaceful and welcoming ambience is everyone’s dream after a long trip - a place that feels like home away from home. Nestled strategically in the ancient city of Iperu, in the tri-cities of Ibadan, Lagos, and Abeokuta, Opulent Cottage is both luxury and simplicity combined. With world-class interior and exterior finishing, Opulence Cottage promises your family the space to feel at home in stylish, family friendly and peaceful environment where you can make memories together. The space Opulence Cottage boasts 4 bedrooms with all ensuite bathrooms well decorated and uniquely so. There is one large living room with 2 dining areas, but the bigger dining could double as a second living room. The space has shared areas such as the living room with entertainment systems, laundry services, kitchen, and study area. High speed internet is provided as well as inverter power supply to complement our power generating set. You have clean supply of towels and linens when needed and staff at your beck and call. Guest access The following are accessible to all guests: living room, kitchen, dining room , study room and, if a large group, second dining room. Parking on the property is free. During your stay A staff will be available to welcome and to give you orientation to the house. You can message us on this app and we will respond either in person or by text depending on your need. Other things to note For your safety and the safety of others on this property, NO SMOKING is allowed at any time on this property. Laundry is on demand. Check in is 3pm and check out is 12 noon There is camera on the exterior of this property and there is electric fencing, please beware. Any extra guest not initially listed will attract additional 15% of original nightly rate per night. If you will be arriving late, please advise us in order to make preparations and to avoid delay in giving you access. No loud music in the house. No pet is allowed please.
