Ideally located between the Ourcq Canal and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, in the "Combat" district of the 19th arrondissement, a nice apartment nestled on the top floor with elevator of a typical Parisian building. Bathed in light from the morning with its southeast orientation, this cocoon is located in a quiet environment, open to the treetops. Please let me know of your arrival details, so I can coordinate! I will be happy to answer tour questions:) The space 35 m2 apartment, open to the outside with 4 large windows, composed of a living room, a small dining area for 2 people, a separate equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a large 160 x 200 cm double bed and a firm mattress. The windows are all equipped with double glazing, curtains and the bedroom has blackout curtains. Guest access The accommodation is entirely at your disposal. Other things to note The building is secure, with 2 digicode doors. We kindly ask that you read the house rules before booking and follow them during your stay. Parties or events will not be tolerated.
