Fees are payable to SM guarhouse, 40 php for 3 hours, 20 for next hour succeeding. 350 for overnight parking from 10 PM to 7 PM Guests have access to amenities on the 6th floor like jogging paths, sitting areas, small playgrounds and swimming pools. The pool area is open from 08:00 until 20:00 Swimming pool access cost 150 PHP per person and day. The access pass can be obtained at the building admin office during their opening hours, or you let us know in advance and we will organize passes for you and you pay the fee to our co host rod or Ella during your check in. We are host, co-host and family members. We are available 24/7 by cell phone and we will take care of every reasonable needs you may have. In addition we can communicate by other messaging services and sms. The building administration requires a government ID of all guests and negative covid test results to issue a guest pass to access the build and amenities. The admin office works usually at regular working hours and has limited service on public holidays. Swimming pool is open now for guests for 150/person , 300 /person during holidays.
