Welcome to Ashford Cottage! A spacious 3-bedroom home decorated in an English cottage style. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just outside downtown Greenville. Pet friendly! The space Ashford Cottage is a charming home located in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute drive from downtown Greenville. There are several local restaurants, shops, bars, and a grocery store all within a 15-minute walk from the home. The interior of the home features a spacious living room with large smart TV, an updated kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a separate dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. PET FRIENDLY Ashford Cottage is pet-friendly at no extra charge. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed unless previously arranged with us before your stay. We ask that your pets are house trained and respectful of the home and furniture. Please see our House Rules below for our full pet policy and review in detail before you book. We love providing a pet-friendly space our guests, and expect you to adhere to our pet policy in full for the duration of your stay. Please Note: We and our cleaners strive to provide a clean space for our guests. Our cleaners take great care to thoroughly clean each room and all bedding and linens after each stay. Because this property is pet friendly, it is possible there could be a small amount of pet hair in the home. If you or another member of your party have an allergy or are sensitive to any amount of pet hair, this is likely not the property for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and spacious yard. There is one owners closet. Other things to note A driveway on the right side of the home provides plenty of parking space, and street parking is permitted if additional parking is needed. The ample backyard has plenty of greenery, and features a well-lit patio area with seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal. Please note that our TV is not equipped with cable or satellite. Guests can utilize the smart TV to use any subscription services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) they have. If anyone needs to catch the big game, there is a great sports bar (Hall of Fame) a 10-minute walk from the home. We offer our guests the option to request a mid-stay cleaning for an additional $85 fee. Just message us during your stay to request this and with will schedule the cleaning at a time convenient for you.
