Gorgeous Waverly Walk-up

This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if occupancy exceeds four guests. Animals prohibited.*** The space This apartment is located in a four unit apartment house. Enter the main door on Chemung Street, and the apartment is up the stairs and to your left. A code will be provided for access to the apartment door. ——————————————————— Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and basic kitchen utensils, as well as a small collection of pots and pans. A coffee bar is provided and stocked with coffee, teas, sweeteners and creamer. A small dining area is located in the kitchen with a table that seats four. Kitchen appliances include a full sized oven, full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. A fire extinguisher is located to the side of the door, next to the panel box. The key to the laundry room is located inside the door, above the kitchen light switch. ——————————————————— Living room: A pull out couch with two slipper chairs are provided. The couch pulls out into a queen sized bed, the linens required are located in the chaise lounge. A smart TV is provided, the WiFi information is located on the TV stand. A desk is provided as well. Please mark where you are from on our globe! The house manual is located on the desk, with local attractions and house rules. ——————————————————— Bathroom: Towels and wash clothes are provided. Extras are located in the bathroom under the sink, as well as a hair dryer and basic first aid kit. Shower only, no bathtub. ——————————————————— Bedroom: A queen bed with lots of pillows! A dresser and closet with hangers are provided. A small ironing board, a clothes iron, extra pillows and an extra throw blanket are located in the closet. A smart TV is located on the wall at the end of the bed. A small bookcase holds our family’s favorite games, as well as some books. ——————————————————— Laundry room: A full sized coin operated washer and dryer are located to the right as you enter the main doors, at the bottom of the stairs. This is shared with all four apartments within the house. The key is located inside the apartment door, above the light switch.i Guest access Apartment is located on the second story. Access the house from the main door on Chemung Street, walk up one flight of stairs and the apartment is on your left. The access code will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Parking is located in the driveway on Chemung Street. This AirBnB parking space is the right side of the driveway, two cars can fit parked in front of each other. The parking space to the left is saved for another tenant’s use.
