The space Modern Ocean Dreams LUXE Villa 4/4 near Disney is a newly built stunning modern LUXE 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with 10 foot tall ceilings in the 1st level, private dipping pool, game/movie loft, just under 2000 sf located in a new award winning modern community. Smart 55" TVs throughout, 80" TV on main floor popcorn movie night, Game Room loft/2nd living room, charcoal grill, lanai in the backyard. 10-15 minutes: ☆Disneyworld ☆Convention Center ☆Universal Grill $35 for extra cleaning and charcoal and lighter. Private Dipping Pool in the backyard. Pool is unheated but useable year round as Florida heat tends to warm up the pool. Family friendly games include: Giant Jenga blocks Giant Connect 4 Board Games *Mini* Convertible Game Table includes: Push hockey/ Mini Pool/ Table Tennis/ Foosball/ Basketball Access to the brand new resort with community pool kids splash zone, jacuzzi gym business center just a couple homes away. Your resort fee provides access for registered guests only (clubhouse has additional event fee and deposit if a party or event. Message us in advance to check availability/book the clubhouse separately). A portion of your stay supports ocean conservation efforts. We love our oceans and want to be a part of preserving them for future generations. We also love supporting our local high schools. Our wooden rocking chairs and wooden patio furniture in the backyard and throughout the villa are made by a local high school and funded 10+ graduating seniors handyman working tools in 2022. Guest access All spaces are private for your sole use with exception to the owners clubhouse resort which is shared with other owners and their guests Only registered guests are allowed on property and on the premises. If you're planning on having additional guests come that are not accounted in the reservation you'll need to either update your booking with the correct amount of people until the cap with access to the listing or if it is an event/party you will need to send Lida your host the event fee of $150 before checkin with $150 event party security deposit refundable after check out. Depending on the type of party Lida has the ability to discount your event/party fee. Please inquire in advance. Other things to note We charge a $150 event fee for events or parties at the home with an extra $150 party deposit. All events or parties per house rules need to be approved in advance by your host. Cap of 20 guests total. Filming is allowed only under our Location Rental Listing, contact Lida for more information. Pets are welcome. Please submit the extra cleaning fee of $65 for the first pet, $15 each additional and be considerate. Pet cleaning fee does NOT include picking up after your pet which is an additional charge of $60 for staff.
