Furnished Apartment

Apartment for Rent (Duplex) - Furnished with screen on all windows: 1st Floor: Dining Room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms (Suite + 1 social), living room. 2nd Floor: Living Room, 1 bathroom, private barbecue area, refrigerator, free area (backyard), with washing machine. 1 COVERED PARKING SPACE. 1 small animal (up to 10 kg) is allowed, PROVIDED THAT IT IS INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION and that when in the common areas and elevators the animal is on the owner's lap (guardian). The space WE DO NOT CHECK IN AFTER 6 P.M. - DO NOT INSIST. We don't have bed linens or bath towels… don't forget to bring your own! Our apartment is cozy, for our own use, but we are happy to share it with guests! We ask that you take good care of our apartment, as other people will also use it. Guest access Check-in will be allowed until 6 p.m. at the latest. And Checkout no later than 12:00 p.m. The apartment is on the 10th floor, and you have private access to our penthouse with a backyard and barbecue grill. Parties are not allowed, but a family barbecue is always a good choice! If you use the barbecue grill, please leave it clean for the next guest. Other things to note In compliance with condominium rules, guests ARE NOT ALLOWED to use the condominium's gym, sauna, swimming pools, courts, and ballrooms.
