Perfect base camp for all Colorado has to offer: 14iers, Hikes, fly-fishing, Snowboard/Skiing, backcountry access for activities including side by sides, 4x4, snowmobiling, or dirt bikes! Elevated Deck offers great views with sectional sofa, propane fire pit, lounge chairs, outdoor blankets and gas grill! Kitchen is fully outfitted. Gas range and oven, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, panini press, Dutch ovens, blender, knife sets, many options for pots and pans as well as serving dishes and place settings. Coffee and drip coffee maker, French press and tea kettle provided. Over 30 spices, cooking oils and basic condiments provided. Propane grill on deck provided with extra tank and utensils. Plenty of glassware and plastic ware options provided. Plastic only near or in the hot tub! Shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. Coffee, Tea, hot chocolate and arrival snacks provided. Cornhole provided for outdoor activities. Sleds provided for winter. Games and coloring books in living room provided. Yoga matt provided. Hot Tub provided for guest use. Follow hot tub cover removal instructions in guest book. NOTE: No jumping or diving in hot tub. This is a hot tub / spa not a recreational swimming pool. Minors must be supervised at all times. Any damages to hot tub due to rough housing or jumping will be passed along to guest. Please be mindful. Woodburning fires / fire pits are prohibited for all short term renters in this area per the Park county regulations. Owner lock off's at entry and master bedroom. Cleaner lock off at end of hallway. Other things to note If dates desired are unavailable or duration request longer than 20 days, please message us. We can sometimes make schedule adjustments. Starlink Wifi works great! Starlink Internet for both work and entertainment - Work space has sit stand desk and office chair! - 2-smart TVs : living room and master bedroom Plenty of parking. Can hold multiple cars. Or truck with trailers (snowmobile, float boat, side by side, etc). if bringing trailer, let us know so we can provide additional advice. 4-Whl drive /AWD required in winter to access this entire area. Recommended in summer. Cell coverage is great for most carriers on the property. Hot tub is available for no added fees. We just ask you keep it covered when not in use. Extra hot tub towels provided. Deck has large sectional lounge furniture, propane fire pit and propane grill. Gas fireplace in central living space adds extra coziness on cool days and nights. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer with detergent provided. We realize mountain activities can be messy! We have a full house water filtration system and added RO filtration at the kitchen sink and water dispenser in the refrigerator. So no need to bring bottled water! All properties in this are are on individual wells for water. Our well is new and functions great! We do require guests stick to the 6-guest maximum rule. This is determined by our septic system and county requirements for our short term rental license - not the size of house or number of available beds. We are fully licensed by Park County! Please don’t rent from those whom are not! We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance offered by Airbnb at checkout to cover any losses due to illness or inclement weather as we do have a strict cancellation policy. Snow removal in winter is provided for driveway, front walk, deck and hot tub access. Additional shovel is provided for intermittent needs. Please note: Primary renter must be 25 years old or older to book this property. Proof of age can be requested by host. We do not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee and may lead to the reservation being canceled if discovered during the stay.
