Beautiful Cottage close to Timmins

Beautiful cottage located only 20 Minutes from town.Cottage is non smoking with 2 bedrooms with an upstairs loft that consists of 2 pull of sofas. Amenities include an air tight wood stove,appliances, four piece bath including bed and bath linens, satellite TV.Screened in gazebo, BBQ,fire pit and dock.Wood can be purchased for fire pit.A boat can be launched a short distance up the road.The lake offers wonderful scenery. Guests may bring their own canoe or boat.Also OFSC trails snowmobile trails The space Guest may full use of the kitchen dishes. Everything is there for use. Guest access No access to garage.Must bring your own boat or kayak or rent in town Other things to note This is our home and would like guests to treat it with care and respect that we do. There will still be items left in fridge, cupboards and toiletries,clothes in closets. We expect guests to respect. Guests are welcomed to use basic necessities in fridge (condiments) cupboards (sugar ect...) Wifi is limited so we recommend no streaming videos, we are on a well. So pressure is not like in town. Firewood is provided if guests would like a fire in the fireplace. Outdoor fire is permitted. Guests can bring their own wood. Or wood is available for purchase. Guests may also bring their own canoe, kayak or boat. There is a boat launch near by.
