The house has a terrace, a well-maintained outdoor area, a private jetty, direct access to the lake 30 m and with sun from morning to evening. Outdoors, undisturbed, great hiking terrain, directly by the lake, clean bathing water, nice fishing opportunities, cozy cottage, short way to shops and all facilities for all ages. Guest access Jetty, campfire area, lawn, private terrace and private bathing area Other things to note Location by local, private gravel roads - but short way to junction and highway for free access to cities such as Charlottenberg, Arvika, Karlstad, Kongsvinger etc. 2 hours to Oslo. The last hill down to the water (approx. 150 m) has a steep bend and the surface changes with the weather. A car with four-wheel drive has no problem, but a car with two-wheel drive or a car that is not so strong, and with little clearance to the ground, can have problems with spinning up. We recommend that you park on top of the hill.
