Please send a list of full names of every guest prior to your arrival. Any visitors must be escorted by the registered guest at all times while on the property. There is a beach gate, but all check-ins must be done from the front entrance on Calle Santa Barbara 466. Listed guests have access to 2 Oceanfront Pools and spa, 1 Rooftop Pool and spa, Restaurant 12 noon - 10 PM with room service. Rooftop bar 11 AM-10 PM, Gym, Steam Room, Massage Room. Interaction with guests You have full access to all the building's amenities, including a restaurant, bar, gym, massage room, sauna, and even room service. Interaction with guests Other things to note You will be shocked at the affordable prices of the food and drink. The HOA pays for all labor so the prices are very affordable. ================================= SAYAN BEACH BAR AND RESTAURANT ================================= "Sayan Beach" offers bar and restaurant service on the ground floor as well as on the rooftop. The bar and restaurant do not take cash. When you Reserve, have 2 ways of paying for this amenity : 1) You can pay with a credit card at the end of your stay ( Credit card terminal fees do apply) 2) You can deposit via the Airbnb application the amount of USD 100 per day for the entire length of your stay (sorry, no partial days) When you Check-Out, the tab will be paid or reimbursed. If a "Group" of guests wish to track and pay for individual expenses then PLEASE keep a copy of green paper receipts, that way you can track the expenses of individual guests and sort out amongst yourselves your share. Prices on the menu add TAX 16% and the card commission (We do not accept cash for payment of restaurant bills. Only Tips are payable in cash. As you charge for food and bar, we would need you to clearly print your name, the unit number 9F, date & signature for all food and bar purchases, keep these receipts, and then add them together for payment at the end of your stay. ============ PVR AIRPORT ============ At the airport, you must pick up your luggage and exit to the arrivals area; however, to exit you must go through a corridor with timeshare vendors. Travel time by taxi is approx. 20 to 30 min depending on traffic. You will only see the ocean at the last minute. A tip is expected and appreciated TAXI: If you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at the booth. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going to Santa Barbara 466 and show the map, and get a receipt You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged. ========= CHECK-IN ========= This is a Self Check-in property , Airbnb will send you the code to tje condos main door access , and further instructions the day of your arrival and at the Check-in time. Check-In is normally 4:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis to check-in earlier, for example, if the previous guests have already checked out. Please be advised that guests arriving at Puerto Vallarta must ensure they plan to arrive at UNIT 9F no later than 9:00 pm on any given day. Guests who arrive after 9:00 pm will incur an additional charge of $25.00 US which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check-in. Likewise, the same additional fee of $25.00 US cash applies for check-in before 8:00 am. This fee is applied for flight delays, traffic, etc. But is subject to prior Check-outs and Check-ins from other guests. =========== CHECK-OUT =========== Check-out is normally 11:00 am but early check-out is permitted; however, please be advised that guests departing Puerto Vallarta must ensure they plan to check-out from UNIT 9F at 11:00 am. Prior to check-out, please ensure your bar/restaurant bill is paid. Visit the restaurant on the ground floor between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Depending on your travel plans, you may settle your bar/restaurant bill the night prior to your departure. Before departure, it is "not" necessary to wash the dishes or the bed linen; however, if you have used a lot of bath towels, please wash them as a courtesy to other guests who are arriving after you. ========== GARDENER ========== Please note that a gardener comes in normally twice per week to care for plants on the Terrace. The schedule is sometimes during the day on Monday and Thursday. ==== Housekeeper: For stays, over 6 days we grant a courtesy cleaning day ==== WIFI ==== UNIT 9F Provided via Airbnb the day you arrive ==== TV's ==== 3 HD TVs. One TV in each of the 3 bedrooms. ======= TIPPING ======= Although a very personal thing, it is important to note that Mexico's tipping is a major source of income for many people. The minimum wage of $5 per day is not their main income source. That being said the service experience plays a role in determining the amount of tip. A good tip would be anywhere between 15% and 20% although staff will take any amount graciously.
