Studio ideally located in the heart of the Ste Thérèse district (residential district) less than 10 minutes' walk to the SNCF train station (1.1 km), Jacques Cartier metro station (700 m). A bus stop is also present at the bottom of the apartment and provides direct connection to the train station or the city center. Parking is paid on our street during the day. Some surrounding streets are free. Bakery, pharmacy, convenience store are within a 15-minute walk. The space The studio is located on the 3rd floor (top floor under the attic) without elevator access above our apartment (separate entrance) and is composed of an entrance with storage, a large room with a sleeping area (140*190 bed) and a living area (kitchen area and lounge area), a bathroom (large shower) and a separate toilet. Equipped kitchen: coffee maker, kettle, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, dishes… Linens are provided and fiber wifi is available in the apartment.
