Two bedrooms and one bath Cabin

2 bedroom house with one bath, hard wood floors in the kitchen and living room area and an open balcony, Rental is located on the second floor. Weekly cleaning is provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($185). 1 pet Maximum with a one time fee of $80. (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Other things to note Guest will have to climb stairs. Maximum of guest: 4
