Between lake and mountains! The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 2-apartment villa and has a large private terrace in a quiet area. You can easily reach the lakefront (3.5 km) on foot or by bike by taking the bike paths along the Rhône. The villa is the perfect base for hiking, discovering the unmissable Lake Taney or going to the top of Grammont. We provide bicycles for free. The space Large 40 m2 2-room apartment, fully equipped, you will only have your suitcases to put down and enjoy your vacation. You have at your disposal a 42 m2 terrace totally private for your stay, with the soft sound of the garden fountain. You enter the accommodation through a patio where you can drop off your shoes and jackets, then you enter the kitchen/dining room. A spacious bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed awaits you in the next room as well as a sofa bed that converts to a 120 x 200 bed. The bathroom adjoining the bedroom has a bathtub, large sink and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. You will also find essentials: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, large private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc. Other things to note The lake is about 3.5 km away. You can easily reach it on foot or by bike along the banks of the Rhône (400 meters from the accommodation) or along the Stockalper canal (300 meters). Otherwise, the train takes you there in 2 minutes and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. For hikers, you can access the majestic Grammont from the accommodation in 4-5 hours of walking.
